Company and role
KebalySafar is operated by MAAKITY LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. KebalySafar acts as an intermediary between the traveler and independent suppliers such as Duffel, airlines, hotels, transfer providers, payment processors, and Umrah partners.
Flight search and confirmation
Live search results are not a confirmed reservation and may expire or change. The traveler completes passenger details, options, final review, and payment on KebalySafar. A flight booking exists only after Duffel confirms the order and provides the applicable booking reference or ticket information.
Prices and payment
The displayed total includes the applicable supplier price, KebalySafar service margin, and mandatory payment-processing costs. Stripe securely collects and processes card information; full payment-card details do not pass through or remain on KebalySafar’s server. Duffel supplies the airline offer and processes the flight order after successful payment authorization.
Traveler responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate traveler names exactly as shown on travel documents.
- Review dates, airports, itinerary, baggage rules, and passenger details before approving a purchase.
- Obtain valid passports, visas, health documents, permissions for minors, and other entry or transit requirements.
- Arrive on time and comply with the rules of each airline, hotel, government, and travel supplier.
Supplier terms
Each travel product is also governed by the supplier’s fare rules, conditions of carriage, cancellation policy, and other terms. Supplier decisions, schedule changes, and service delivery remain the responsibility of that supplier, subject to applicable consumer law.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Voluntary changes and cancellations depend on the rules attached to the purchased fare or service. Some products may be non-changeable or non-refundable. Applicable rights arising from a supplier cancellation or significant change are described in our Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or use its content in violation of law. Website content may be changed as services and supplier connections are finalized.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KebalySafar is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control or for an independent supplier’s acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
